BARISTA

Requirements:

Love coffee and want to know more about coffee.
With Barista working experience or without experience are required as training will be provided.
Certified qualification in SCA Coffee Skills, ACF and SKM-PPT Barista will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge.
Basic English required.
Well-mannered, polite & customer oriented.
Comfortable to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.

Position: Part-Time / Full-Time

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Culinary Art or any related fields.
3 years of experience in a similar position.
Good knowledge of the restaurant or organisation’s cuisine including food preparation, flavour pairings and other cooking best practices.
Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
Ability to develop unique recipes.
Integrity to adhere to the company's rules and regulations (SOPs).
Comfortable training, directing and supervising kitchen team.
Good leadership skills, including motivation and goal-setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management and organisation.

Requirements:

Fresh graduated is welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Any certificates in baking, culinary, hotel management, food & beverage fields or any related fields.
Candidates who have food & beverage, baking work experience will be added advantage.
Entrepreneurial, creative and driven.
Must be passionate in work to perform tasks with accuracy, organised and able to work in fast-paced, high-pressure situation.
Time management and organisation.
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
